    The Crank Brothers Candy 3 Pedal uses the same basic spring wound system as the lighter egg beaters, but with protective two piece machined aluminium wings to stop rocks and debris damaging the spring mechanism, the cage also provides a wider platform allowing you to run a slightly softer soled shoe, ideal for all day comfort. High end materials litter the Candy 3's construction, with the already mentioned two piece machined aluminium wings, complimented by a chromoly steel spindle and high end 300 series steel spring. The simple spring system allows for the Candy's unique mud shedding abilities to shine, meaning that the Candy 3 is the ultimate all day, all seasons pedal for the dedicated trails rider.
